The reception is open Sunday to Friday from 8 am to 2 pm and from 5 pm to 8 pm and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Le village et son environnement sont très agréables, les espaces verts très bien entretenus. Le seul bémol que l'on apporte est le manque d'animations proposées malgré la période de vacances scolaires et le manque d'informations concernant ces dernières : pas de réel temps d'informations avec présentation de l'équipe, des modalités de vie au sein du village et des activités de la semaine, contrairement à ce que l'on connait des autres Vtf. De la même manière, absence de communication au jour le jour pour les animations, malgré le décalage de certaines ou leur annulation.
